Keith offers guidance to clients on holistic health, strength conditioning, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle choices. He is based in Coffs Harbour along the northern coast of New South Wales. He adopts a coaching model for wellness and exercise to ensure you gain the keys to your own health and the ability to maintain long-term success on your own!

The training Keith has received particularly from Paul Chek, founder of the C.H.E.K Institute in California in the areas of orthopaedic assessment, core stabilisation, functional strength and nutrition and lifestyle assessment, has allowed his clients to improve their posture, their functional health, rehabilitate chronic back, shoulder, and knee injuries, lose weight, change the shape of their bodies, and improve their sports performance or just general conditioning.

Keith's Background

Keith has been involved in the health and fitness industry since 1991. He is a university graduate with a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Social Anthropology, a CHEK Level 3 Holistic Lifestyle Coach, a CHEK Exercise Coach and also has a Certificate IV in Personal training.
