Keith offers guidance to clients on holistic health, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle choices. He is based in Coffs Harbour along the northern part of New South Wales. He adopts a coaching model for wellness to ensure you gain the keys to your own health and the ability to maintain long-term success on your own!

Keith takes an approach that is specifically tailored to the individual client's needs - guiding you to create a vital, healthy, strong body & mind. This is achieved through Keith's belief in education and that "applied knowledge is power" (Paul Chek).
