Your journey begins with a free consultation between you and Keith. This is to discuss:
- Your goals
- Any particular issues you may need help in addressing
- To identify that you are ready to undertake a program of positive development

After your free consultation, the next step will be booking in for a Functional Musculoskeletal & Movement Profile Assessment and a Nutrition and Lifestyle Assessment - all to address your current physical, emotional and mental condition. The physical assessments will be conducted face to face whilst the nutrition and lifestyle assessments will be addressed by online assessments to be filled in.
Depending on your postural, physical, movement, nutritional and lifestyle assessment results, your goals and your needs, Keith will design a program for you that may vary from being a corrective exercise program addressing pain and underlying causes of dysfunction to one of general conditioning, weight loss or sports performance.
Exercise programs generally consist of corrective stretches along with resistance & cardio training, depending on your needs and goals. You will receive an easy-to-follow picture detailed description of your exercise program, including acute variables such as Rest, Tempo, Intensity, Duration, Repetitions and Sets. This information, along with video clips of each of your exercises, is all available for you to view via Keith's website.
A plan will be discussed to get together to:
- Monitor your exercises
- Keep you on track with achieving goals
- Reveiwing nutrition and lifestyle habits
- Updating your program on a regular basis
Most importantly it is all about addressing your needs as an individual and tailoring a plan to suit you. The program will enable you to restore and build optimal health and vitality.
